Sven Erik Renaa invites you along on his culinary journey. His innovative dishes and flavours represent Rogaland and our surrounding landscape. The tasting menu varies from season to season, and sometimes even from day to day, based on what’s in season in our local area. The whole experience usually consists of a total of 22 dishes. The RE-NAA team focuses on bringing you the very best from the ocean, fjords, woods and mountains that surround us. The drinks are carefully chosen by the skilled sommeliers, and add an extra dimension to the experience.
